Apricots are synonymous with the summertime in many countries throughout the world, since their short time in season takes place during the summer. Subtly sweet, with a fragrant smell, Jasmine is one the most popular complimentary flavors to Apricot. Our latest cookie does just the same.
In between two bright orange shells sits our apricot infused filling. The filling is made by blending a white chocolate ganache with an apricot puree. We also add an essence of Egyptian jasmine shipped from France. Together, our cookie creates an appetizing mix between sweet, tart, and a hint of sour perfect for the summertime.
